Description

This staff turnover report dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the company's employee movement and trends. The visualizations present key metrics such as new joinee counts, leaver counts, gender-based turnover, top roles with the highest turnover, and a forecast of the total staff trend for the next 6 months.

While the current data set may not be up-to-date, resulting in some blank fields, this dashboard still offers valuable insights that can help HR leaders and decision-makers understand the company's workforce dynamics, identify areas of concern, and make informed decisions to improve employee retention and workforce planning.

The intuitive layout and interactive nature of the dashboard allow users to easily navigate and analyze the available data, providing them with a practical experience of the tool's capabilities.
