Total Employees: Displays the total number of employees, along with the gender breakdown (60% male, 40% female).

Total Employees by Service Years: Visualizes the distribution of employees based on their years of service, providing insights into employee tenure and retention.

Total Employees by Job Levels: Presents the breakdown of employees across different job levels, from entry-level to senior management.

Due to Promotion: Indicates the number of employees who are due for a promotion, along with the percentage of the total workforce.

Not Due for Promotion: Displays the number of employees who are not currently due for a promotion, along with the percentage of the total workforce.

Total in Service: Reveals the total number of employees currently in service, along with the percentage of the total workforce.
