Description

This Power BI dashboard analyzes employee attrition at a fictional company. It shows employee demographics alongside attrition rates to identify potential areas for improvement.

Employee Breakdown: This section shows the total number of employees categorized by gender, marital status, and job role. In this example, there are more females (60%) than males (40%) and the majority of employees are single (47%).

Attrition Rate: A large number in the center of the dashboard displays the overall attrition rate, which is 16.24% in this example.

Distribution by Age: A bar chart that shows the number of employees within different age groups. This helps to identify if attrition is higher among specific age groups.

Mean Age by Attrition: A bar chart that shows the average age of employees who left the company compared to those who are still employed. In this example, the average age of departing employees is 36.92 years, whereas continuing employees have an average age of 40.1 years.

Overall, this dashboard helps human resources to understand the makeup of their workforce and identify any trends related to employee attrition. This information can be used to develop targeted strategies to retain employees.
