Description

This HR Analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of employee demographics, performance, and attrition for  a fictional company.

Employee Snapshot: This section presents a quick summary of key HR metrics, including the total number of employees, average performance rating, number of active employees, total hours worked, average age, and attrition rate. In this example, the dashboard shows there are 1470 employees with an average performance rating of 237. The average age is 37 and the attrition rate is 16.12%.

Attrition by Department: A bar chart that shows the attrition rate for each department. This helps to identify departments with higher turnover rates, allowing for targeted interventions. In this example, Research & Development has the highest attrition rate (56.12%), followed by Sales (38.82%) and Human Resources (7%).

Employee Age Group Distribution: A stacked bar chart that shows the distribution of employees across different age groups. This helps to understand the age demographics of the workforce.

Job Satisfaction Rating by Department: A bar chart that shows the average job satisfaction rating for each department. This helps to identify areas where employee morale may be low.

Gender Distribution: A pie chart that shows the percentage of male and female employees.

Overall, this HR Analytics dashboard provides valuable insights that can be used to improve human resource strategies, reduce employee turnover, and create a more positive work environment.
